Do I need ladder logic experience?

No. Optional coaching connects the photoeye signal, PLC input, program tag, and ladder condition. You can inspect each part of the signal path while investigating the fault.

What equipment do I need?

A modern browser with internet access is enough for this PLC troubleshooting simulator. All conveyor signals and repairs are simulated; no live PLC connection or programming software is required.

Is this real PLC training?

It is PLC troubleshooting practice with authored conveyor faults. You gather evidence, choose a correction, and test the repair under clear and occupied receiving conditions. It does not certify competence on real equipment.
